Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. At check out you will be asked to pick your destination. Simply choose either within or outside the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Orders within the U.S., Canada and Mexico are free of shipping charges. Order outside the U.S., Canada and Mexico include a nominal flat shipping fee. They do not include any custom or tariff costs in your country. Please research your country's custom regulations before you order an item. If there are special instructions on how to ship an item to your country, include it with the order in the provided message box at checkout.

There is a problem with the order that arrived. What should I do?

Please email us at info@h2originals.com with a description of the problem, as well as the date of your order and name. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

How long until I get my sculpture?

Due to high demand and handmade nature of our pieces, it may take anywhere from 1 to 5 months depending on the piece, to receive your order. Please email info@h2originals.com for better estimates at the time of your order.

Are rush orders available?

How should I care for my new H2Original?

We recommend using canned air for dusting. We also recommend keeping your new piece of art out of the sun. Like a painting or even a car colors can fade over time in direct sunlight. Exposure to excessive heat may also cause unforeseen damage.

I want custom colors for my sculpture. Is that a possibility?

Yes, endless color schemes are available for our sculptures. When placing your order simply note the color you are thinking of in the provided message box at checkout.
